Terms of Service & Waiver of Liability
Coach Botley's Beast Mode Football Academy

Thank you for choosing Coach Botley's Beast Mode Football Academy. By enrolling in our 8-week training program and/or purchasing our e-book, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Details

  • The Beast Mode Football Academy is an 8-week training course designed to enhance football skills, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.

  • The program includes structured workouts, drills, training regimens, and coaching guidance.

  • A digital e-book is provided as part of the program, offering training tips and strategies.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to participant injury, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the program.

  • Once a participant has enrolled in the training program or purchased the e-book, they acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.

3. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

  • Football and athletic training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries.

  • By enrolling in Coach Botley's Beast Mode Football Academy, participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Participants agree that Coach Botley’s Beast Mode Football Academy, its coaches, trainers, employees, affiliates, and any associated personnel are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other damages that may occur during training sessions, both on and off-site.

  • Participants assume full responsibility for their physical condition and agree to consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program.

4. Medical Authorization

  • In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize the academy staff to seek necessary medical attention.

  • Participants agree that they are financially responsible for any medical treatment required during the program.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to exhibit sportsmanship, discipline, and respect toward coaches and fellow athletes.

  • Any form of misconduct, including harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior, may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, including the e-book, workouts, and coaching techniques, are the intellectual property of Coach Botley’s Beast Mode Football Academy.

  • Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the content without express written permission.

7. Agreement to Terms

  • By enrolling in the 8-week training program or purchasing the e-book, participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service & Waiver of Liability.

  • Participants affirm that they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
